When Andrea began doing yoga in 2015 it was a life-changing experience for her. She felt an improvement in her physical, mental and spiritual body. As she increased her practice Andrea realized that yoga is a connection of the mind and body which enables individuals to open their hearts while strengthening their bodies, which brings overall wellness.
Andrea decided after 9 years of working in a corporate environment that it was time to pursue her vision of teaching yoga full-time and signed up for a 200-hour yoga teacher training with Performance Power Yoga. She has completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training and is ready to share her love of yoga with others.
Andrea enjoys sharing her knowledge and practice of yoga with others and intends to create a loving space for all yogis at any level to grow, learn, share, and explore through the experience of yoga.
